This policy describes how the platform works today and is being reviewed by South African counsel before launch. Details marked “to be confirmed” will be completed once the operating company is registered.

1. We are a marketplace

Performers are independent or represented by agencies. They, not Headliner, are responsible for their performances, and hosts are responsible for their venues, licences and guests.

2. Listings and reviews

Profiles are written by performers and reviewed by us, but we can’t guarantee every detail. Reviews reflect the opinions of verified customers after completed bookings.

3. Verification

Verification confirms age and identity through our verification partner at the time of the check. It is not an endorsement of a performer’s skills or a guarantee of conduct.

4. External links

Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page limits rights you have under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act.
