Content and Conduct Rules

The standards for every profile, photo, video, message and booking on Headliner.

Draft pending legal review

This policy describes how the platform works today and is being reviewed by South African counsel before launch. Details marked “to be confirmed” will be completed once the operating company is registered.

1. Photos and videos

  • Everything must be nonexplicit, at every membership level. No nudity or sexual content.
  • Only adults may appear, and everyone shown must have agreed to publication.
  • Upload only content you own or have the rights to use.
  • No contact details, payment requests or links to off-platform services in media.

2. Profiles and services

  • Describe lawful, professional performances only, using the approved categories and booking types.
  • Use a stage name if you wish, but don’t impersonate anyone.
  • Show your broad area only, never your home address.

3. Messages and conduct

  • Be respectful. Harassment, threats, hate speech and discrimination are not allowed.
  • Never request or offer sexual services, or pressure anyone to change agreed terms.
  • Keep bookings and payments on the platform so both sides stay protected.

4. How we enforce these rules

All media is reviewed before it is published. Reports are handled by trained moderators. Breaking these rules can lead to content removal, suspension or account closure, and we report illegal activity to the authorities. You can appeal a decision; a different moderator reviews appeals.

5. Reporting

Use the report option on any profile, photo or message, or contact us. In an emergency, call 10111 (SAPS) or 112 from a mobile.
